Types of Participation

To be a REALTOR® Participant of NORMLS

The real estate broker must be a full member (paying local, state, and national dues) in good standing with a Board/Association of REALTORS® within the State of Ohio. Real estate brokers outside of Ashtabula, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Guernsey, Holmes, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, or Wayne counties may be eligible for reciprocal or secondary membership if they pay full dues to their primary MLS. Reciprocal or Secondary members receive a discount on their dues. Appraisers are not eligible for reciprocal or secondary membership.

To be a Non-REALTOR® Participant of NORMLS

The real estate broker or appraiser is not a member of a Board/Association of REALTORS®, or they are only an affiliate member of a Board/Association of REALTORS® within the State of Ohio.

Dues and Fees Schedule

NORMLS Pro-ration Policy

Dues will be assessed semi-annually one month before their due date of March 1 and September 1. Dues will be prorated on a monthly basis for Participants and their affiliated licensee(s) not already appearing on the Participant’s roster at the beginning of the semi-annual billing period. Charges will be owed for the entire semi-annual period in which services are discontinued.
